Techstars Startup Week West Slope 2020

Round table discussion / QA with various founders.  Target audience is anyone who plans to raise capital or is interested in doing so, but who has limited to no experience with it (or those who just want to learn more about how to raise "better").  Attendees will walk out of the session knowing (1) what materials are typically asked for in a due diligence process, (2) what types of questions investors may ask around company formation, activities, etc. and why it's important to stay organized from a corporate governance standpoint, and (3) why maintaining an up to date and accurate cap table is an essential as part of the fundraising process.
