In this workshop, participants will learn evidence-based theories, tips, practices and humor to take care of their well-being through mindfulness in and out of the office to be more productive. Learn how to cultivate a culture in life and business of putting wellness first in order to succeed. Practice “Essentialsm”: do more with less and feel good while doing it. Participants will walk away with tools, experienced practice and inspiration.
