Hybrid professionals are a hidden segment of the workforce. They are professionals who integrate professional identities together and that makes them unique, yet they are undervalued and underseen in the workforce because employers don't understand how their different identities fit together. This will be an interactive session with framing about hybrid professionals, and then two activities the audience can participate in to discover and learn about their own hybrid professional identity. By the end, the audience will have awareness about hybrids and at least two or three tools they can use to clearly articulate their hybridity to clients and employers.
