This presentation will be a fireside chat with Jason Blevins from the Colorado Sun interviewing Shawn Bertini from Four Points Funding (4PF). The two will unpack the Opportunity Zones, their impact on the West Slope so far and the important role they can play going forward.
The two will dig into OZ rules lightly before jumping into a discussion of multiple projects across the western slope that have garnered national recognition. They will identify key elements that attracted investment in each case and share general emerging trends on structuring OZ deals.
