This presentation is primarily meant for business owners, managers, buyers and sellers. We are in the middle the 'silver tsunami', where we will see the largest transfer of wealth in history. I will present all of the types of public and private lending/investment vehicles by which a business can be acquired. I will then talk about the Private Investment Group model, and provide multiple examples for how, through various leveraged buyout scenarios, someone can buy a business with little money down.
