This session is a discussion between two people regarding privilege and equity in startup ecosystems. We explore the thesis that current funding models benefit privileged and urban stakeholders, and are not suitable for rural economies. Place makers and economic developers will hear the candid stories of one or two young companies, while founders seeking resources will learn where and where not to look.

All sessions at West Slope Startup Week 2020 will be recorded. By joining the session, you agree to be part of the recording.
