There's a vision to build a company out of this: solving a problem that a lot of people have, making their lives better, making some money along the way. You've got a team together with you at the helm.

There are some steps between here and that vision, though, and an important question is WHEN TO BUILD A TECH TEAM? When do you look for a CTO? When do you hire your first developer? Do you need a tech team at all? These are questions we'll ask and find some answers for.
