Join us for a blind unboxing of some CSA goodies and tips and tricks to make use of your weekly harvest. Chef Jonathan St. Peter, will open a local food box and reveal his approach to menu writing, cooking, flavoring, seasoning and using spices when handling local ingredients.
Joining Jonathan will be The Business Incubator’s, Incubator and Kitchen Programs Director, Laura Mercier and Agriculture Track Captain, Bryan Wachs, and some producers (TBD) talking about their products, farms and methods they use to sustain themselves, us, and the planet.
NOTE: There will be samples to taste outside The Business Incubator so come on down!!
