Jasper Welch is a entrepreneur, cofounder of DurangoSpace (2011), consultant & advisor with Four Corners Management Systems (since 1991), Entrepreneur-in-Residence with SW Colorado Accelerator Program for Entrepreneurs (SCAPE), former Mayor of Durango, CO, former President & CEO of the National Business Incubation Association.
