Originally from Rhode Island Chef St. Peter is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef, a Certified Culinary Educator, and a Certified Culinary Competitions Judge. He has a strong background in white tablecloth dining and culinary competitions. He has a wise and lovely wife and three great sons. The family enjoys, rock climbing, mushroom hunting, telemark skiing, back-country elk hunting, camping, gardening, natural health and sustainable living. All things Colorado! He owns a 6-acre farm that he is reviving using permaculture and regenerative agricultural principles. He's way into real food!
