Sherry has been in banking for 30 years and currently serves as the Chief Development Officer for First Southwest Bank and is now the co-founder and CEO of HelloBello Financial (a subsidiary of the First Southwest Bank Holding Company). She acts as the lead strategist for fund and resource development. Sherry is also responsible for creating, planning and implementing, short and long term, strategies that assist start up entrepreneurs with starting or expanding their business. She specializes in combining various private and public programs to help facilitate access to capital in Rural Colorado.

As CEO, of HelloBello Financial and as a result of her work in entrepreneurial ecosystem building she has co-developed a new and innovative technology (SaaS) platform that will assist entrepreneurs, bankers and economic development organizations with accessing capital resources and special programs that will help them start, grow or expand their business, with a particular focus on those that have encountered significant barriers to entry with accessing capital.
